Explore South Tyrol by bus, train and bike
Two great deals combined: bikemobil Cards are tickets that can be used on all means of public transport in the whole of South Tyrol and include a rental bike (standard models) for the perfect day out and about. For kids aged 6-13 there’s a junior discount.
The tickets can be used on all means of public transport across South Tyrol, on regional and regional express trains all the way to Trento and even on PostAuto bus services between Malles/Mals and Müstair in Switzerland. Bike rental for a full day is also included – ideal for a hassle-free day trip by bus, train and bicycle. At the end of the day, the bike can be returned at any of the participating rental organisations’ locations. Our rental partners include Südtirol Rad, Papin Sport and Südtirolbike.
Please note that bikemobil Cards do not entitle ticket holders to take their rental bike with them on public transport, and that they are not valid on long-distance or high-speed trains (EC, Freccia, Italo, Railjet etc.) and on some bus routes of tourist interest. In summer 2023, this will affect the following bus lines:
439 Monguelfo/Welsberg - Braies/Prags,
440 Passo Monte Croce/Kreuzbergpass – Val Fiscalina/Fischleintal – Sesto/Sexten,
442 Dobbiaco/Toblach - Braies/Prags (from 10.07. to 10.09.2023) and
444 Dobbiaco/Toblach - Tre Cime/Drei Zinnen - Rifugio Auronzo/Auronzohütte.
Where to buy:
- available from all südtirolmobil ticket offices and sales points,
- from any tourist office in South Tyrol,
- and from participating bike rentals places.
bikemobil Cards are personalised contactless tickets: They are non-transferable and may not be used by another person.
Every time you board a bus or train, remember to check in: To validate and use your ticket, simply hold it in front of the sensor of the blue ticket validation machines.
*for junior-sized bikes (up to 24'')
