südtirolmobil Fix30 Pass
The connection you need, as a monthly subscription!
The Fix30 Pass from südtirolmobil is a personal subscription in electronic form. It allows you to use all public transport in South Tyrol, including regional trains to Trento, for a fixed price.
Simple, affordable and for everyone:
- € 39 a month
- Only available online at myportal.suedtirolmobil.info
- Some additional services require a linked payment method, as these services are not included in the price of the Fix30.
The following are considered additional services:
- The connection between Brenner/Brennro-Innsbruck and Verschach/Versciaco-Lienz
- Transporting bicycles and animals
- Use of Nightliner buses
- Bikeboxes
- Park & Ride
The Fix30 covers most integrated regular services (such as ski buses and summer buses). Any exceptions are indicated directly in the respective seasonal offers.
This pass cannot be used on long-distance trains (EuroCity, InterCity, Frecce, Italo, Railjet).
You can purchase the Fix30 online on the südtirolmobil website myportal.suedtirolmobil.
- If you already have an account, log in with your e-mail address and password.
- If you have an account but have never used the portal before, log in with your passport number and tax number the first time you use it and then complete your profile.
- If you are a new user, simply register with your e-mail address and personal details.
If you do not renew your Fix30, it will automatically be converted to a Pass with the Flex tariff upon expiry, at no additional cost. From that moment on, charges will be based on the actual kilometers travelled.
If you would like to switch to a different tariff, you can purchase a new Pass through your südtirolmobil account at myportal.suedtirolmobil.info.
Every bus and train journey must be registered by stamping the pass by holding it up to the sensor in front of the validation machine. If the pass is not validated, it is not valid.
If you are travelling by train, you only need to validate your pass once at the start of your journey, not every time you change trains. This means that if you change trains at the same station, you do not need to validate your pass again.
This means that if you are travelling on a regional train from the south of Trento to Bolzano with a ticket valid to Trento, you do not need to get off the train in Trento or validate your ticket. The ticket is valid to Trento, and from there the pass is automatically used for the onward journey to South Tyrol.
Innsbruck – Brenner and Lienz – Innichen railway line: At Innsbruck, Sillian and Lienz stations, it is possible to validate the pass with validity from Brenner or Innichen station. A separate ticket must be purchased for the routes on Austrian terrotory.
If your Fix30 card is lost, stolen or damaged, you can request a duplicate for 20 EUR.
If your Pass is not damaged but not working due to a defect or damage to the material, you can request a free reprint from ticket offices.
Duplicates can be requested at authorised südtirolmobil sales points.
Students attending a school outside South Tyrol and university students can collect the duplicate from an authorised ticket office.
Payment for duplicates If you pay by SEPA Direct Debit, the cost of the duplicate will be included in your next invoice.
You can pay for the duplicate ticket at any südtirolmobil ticket office within 15 days; otherwise, the ticket will be blocked.
