pagoPA: new online payment system

Now also available for Südtirol Pass payments

Since early 2020, payments to the public administration in South Tyrol have been processed through the pagoPA portal introduced by the Agency for Digital Italy (AgID/Agenzia per l'Italia Digitale). The pagoPA system uses third-party payment service providers (PSP), which charge fees between 0.50 EUR and 1.50 EUR for each payment transaction made.

What's new for Südtirol Pass users?

If you have opted for a pre-paid Südtirol Pass or Euregio Family Pass and would like to top up your Pass online through your user account, or if you would like to pay the annual fee for your Südtirol Pass abo+ online or in fact make any other payment through your user account, you have several options: You can still do so by credit card, but you will be redirected to the website of the local collection agency (Alto Adige Riscossioni/Südtiroler Einzugsdienste), where you will be able to pay using the pagoPA method.

In addition to credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), pagoPA can also be used for a number of other payment methods including Satispay or Bancomat Pay. Customers of selected banks may also be able to make payments by bank transfer.
