Looking for hassle-free ticketing? Paying for your Südtirol Pass journeys by direct debit saves you time, money and inconvenience. The same is true for our online services – all of which are available in your personalised user account. For passengers using the pre-paid system and those who still receive their invoices on paper, we recommend switching now: It pays off – and it’s never been easier.
From May 2021, receiving paper-based Südtirol Pass invoices by mail will cost EUR 2 per invoice. To save both money and the environment, all you need is one click, and your digital invoices will be available online in your user account – completely free of charge.
Changing your billing preference is easy: Through the Südtirol Pass portal, log into your personalised user account, go to the payment method and invoicing section of the menu and simply change your preferences. Every two months, or every four months if the invoice value is low, the invoices are then automatically sent to you online.
Speaking of added convenience: Instead of constantly having to check your balance and top up your Südtirol Pass, why not pay by direct debit? It’s handy and easy, and you can switch at any time. All you need to do is change your current pre-paid contract to a post-paid contract, which is also easily done in your user account: Access the Südtirol Pass portal and simply navigate to the payment method and invoicing section of the menu. Fill in our web form to authorise direct payments using the SEPA Direct Debit system, then upload the form in the menu section called Documents. Your travel expenses will then be debited directly from your bank account at regular intervals.
Creating an online user account
If you do not yet have a user account for your Südtirol Pass or Euregio Family Pass, you can create one at any time through our website.
All our ticket-related online services are available in your personalised account: For instance, you can access a detailed overview of your journeys including costs in the last three months and flag any errors before the invoice is issued – plus many more convenient services.
